Personal Appearance is Required with Acceptable Identification

Acceptable Identification (ID):
• Florida Driver’s License or ID issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle
• U.S. Passport issued by the U.S. Department of State
• Foreign Passport if stamped by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
• Driver’s License or non-Driver’s License issued by another U.S. State or territory
• Driver’s License officially issued in Mexico or Canada
• U.S. Military ID Card
• Veteran’s Health ID Card issued by U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
• Permanent Resident Card or “Green Card” issued by USCIS
• Inmate ID issued on or before January 1, 1991, by Florida Department of Corrections of Federal Bureau of Prisons (but only to identify prisoners in custody)

Unacceptable ID:
• Birth Certificate; Social Security Card; Credit Card; or ID without Photograph

How It Works – Mobile (In Person):
1. Schedule Consultation: Go to the Home Page and click on "Contact Me" to set up a time for a free 15-minute consultation by phone. Be prepared to describe the type of service needed with any specific requirements or instructions. The services are listed above.
2. Appointment: The Notary will confirm a date, time and place that works for signer(s) during available business hours. The Notary will also email a reminder one day before the confirmed appointment time and place.
3. Meet the Notary: The Notary will arrive at the agreed upon scheduled location date, and time, ready to assist signer(s).
4. Sign and Notarize: Presence is required with the Acceptable Identification listed above. The Notary will review documents, ensure there are no blank spaces, signer(s) complete the document(s) in the presence of the Notary, if not signed already, and complete the Notarial Act.
5. Notarized Documents: The Notary will ensure document(s) are properly notarized for the type of Notarial Act performed. The Notary will complete the journal for the type of Notarial Act performed and obtain signature of signer(s) in the journal.
6. Collect Fee: The Notary will collect the fee for the Notarial Act performed. After Notary receives payment, the Notary will provide signer(s) with the notarized document(s).
