How It Works – RON:
1. Schedule Consultation: Go to the Home Page and click on "Contact Me" to set up a time for a free 15-minute consultation by phone. Be prepared to describe the type of service needed with any specific requirements or instructions. The services are listed above.
2. Appointment: The Notary will confirm with signer(s) that Audio-Video computer technology is required for the notarization process. If the required Audio-Video computer technology is in place, the Notary will confirm a date and time during available business hours that works for the signer(s). The Notary will provide signer(s) with instructions on how to log on the website and enter the remote session on the date and time of the confirmed appointment. The Notary will also email a reminder one day before the confirmed appointment date.
3. Email/Upload Documents and Acceptable Identification: The signer(s) will email/upload the document(s) and a copy of the Acceptable ID at least 24 hours before the confirmed scheduled appointment date.
4. Meet the Notary: Signer(s) personal appearance is required with Acceptable Identification. The Notary and signer(s) will log into the session at the agreed upon scheduled appointment date and time using the required Audio-Video on the computer.
5. Sign and Notarize: The Notary will review the signer(s) documents, ensure there are no blank spaces, signer(s) signs document in the presence of the Notary if not signed already, and the Notary completes the Notarial Act.
6. Collect Fee: The Notary will collect the fee for the Notarial Act performed and the Notary will complete the electronic journal of the Notarial Act performed. The document(s) are immediately made available for the signer(s) online.

Note: For Remote Online Notarial Acts, the signer(s) is not required to be located in the state of Florida at the time of notarization.
