How it Works –NSA:
1. Documents Received: The Lender or Title Company will provide the Notary with the loan documents and instructions for the Notary. The Notary will confirm the documents with the Lender or the Title Company and the Notary fee to be paid.
2. Appointment: The Notary will confirm a date and time with signer(s) that was requested by the Lender or Title Company.
3. Meet the Notary: Signer(s) presence is required with Acceptable Identification. The Notary and signer(s) will meet at the agreed upon scheduled appointment date, time, and location.
4. Sign and Notarize: Signer(s) presence is required with Acceptable Identification. The Notary will go through the documents with signer(s) for signature and ensure there are no blank spaces to complete the Notarial Act. The Notary will complete the journal for signature and this completes the Notarial Act. The Notary will follow the Lender or Title Company instructions for distribution.
5. Payment. The Notary will invoice the Lender or Title Company for payment at conclusion of Loan Signing Notarial Act.

*If Loan Signing is completed as a RON service, the Notary will follow the instructions of the Lender or Title Company and confirm signer(s) have the required Audio-Video computer capability.
